We would like to introduce ourselves as a Manufacturer of Belt Conveyor components like Conveyor Pulleys, Idlers/Rollers with Frames, Screw Take up Unit, Gravity Take up Unit etc. up to 2000mm Belt width as per IS specification & also as per Customer specification. Our Factory is located at Balitikuri , Bakultala Howrah. Company Profile: Our Company was formed in August, 2008 as a SSI unit and then Subsequently registered with NSIC. Copies of SSI & NSIC are enclosed for your ready reference. It is basically a Partnership Company of Two Partners namely Mr. Raj Kumar Jaiswal & Manoj Kumar Jaiswal. Further, We would like to intimate you that we have been supplying the various conveyor components to our different customers for last twelve years. We have got sufficient modern Machineries in our factory with a team of Qualified Engineer having more than 30 years experience who (Mr. Tapan Sarkar, Mr. Tarun Sarkar) look after the Quality Control right from the Raw material stage to Finish Product. , We have our Qualified Technical Staff, Skilled & Un-Skilled Labours for Manufacturing of Conveyor Components. Now we are a regular supplier of Thermal Power Station &supply of Conveyor Pulleys, Idlers/Rollers with Fabricated Frames. Specially we have developed Tapered Idler with Self Aligning Frame as per Our design and replaced their existing Chinese( NHI make) Idlers with Frames. We enclose herewith our List of Machineries including major Idler Testing machines like Dust Ingression Test, Water resistant Test and Friction Factor Test.
