However, hesitate that, if the spares are procured from other suppliers, then OEM won’t provide services for the equipments. Our company, not only supply spares but also provide unmatched services by very experienced service engineers. We have positioned ourselves as a parallel to OEM companies. We also take up troubleshooting jobs, which requires domain knowledge and also the equipment and system knowledge. Our very experienced service engineers are our asset. We also confirm that the material supplied by us would be covered under warranty for one-to-one replacement of existing parts, in conformity with OEM material specification and good workmanship.
