Emerson Automation Solutions Intelligent Platforms Pvt. Ltd, India is a fully owned subsidiary of the Emerson Inc, USA. It was earlier registered as a company in 2010 under the name of GE Intelligent Platforms Pvt. Ltd. Prior to that it was incorporated as GE Fanuc Systems Pvt. Ltd in 1997 with its headquarters based out of Bangalore. On April 15, 2019 the agreement to change name was finalized and now it is working independently under the new name of Emerson Automation Solutions Intelligent Platforms Pvt. Ltd.
