The primary objective to create the Airtron is to save Electricity, alleviate Air Pollution, and offer very attractive paybacks of below 7 months. Being an Energy professional my customers in India and Overseas would demand Energy Savers for Air Conditioners, in addition to the Smart Controllers being offered by us for Motors and Lightning. We than tested all available Energy Savers for this application World Wide. All the other savers were saving at the cost of Comfort and Set Point and hence these were rejected by our Customers, because of acute discomfort. At this point, I realized there was a vacuum for this application, and a huge opportunity, hence set up my own Psychometric Lab in 2007 to invent a PLC Retrofit Controller to ensure substantial Energy Saving without compromise of Set Point. I filed for Patent in the year 2011 which was granted in November 2022.
