Mahati Industries Pvt Ltd is a diversified integrated solution provider in Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution Sector since last more than 50 years. Activities of Mahati span from Transformer Manufacturing/Servicing, Turnkey Contracts of Substations & Hydro Power Projects etc. Mahati is providing its services all over India and abroad. Presently, the company manufactures Power Transformers (upto 220 KV), Furnace, Distribution, Dry Type, Inverter Duty & Special Purpose Transformers. The companys state-of-the-art manufacturing / repairing unit is located at Yewat, 45 Kms from Pune on Pune-Hyderabad Highway (NH-9). With the recent expansion of the workshop, the company can now undertake remanufacturing of activities of large EHV Power Transformers upto 315 MVA, 400 KV. The workshop is equipped with specialized facilities for Transformer manufacturing & servicing activities. These include a Stationary Vapor Phase Drying Plant for dryout of Transformers at the facility and a Mobile Vapor Phase Drying Plant (introduced in India by Mahati) for on-site dryout large EHV Transformers (in situ). Additionally, we have 2000 kV, 200 kJ Impulse Test Equipment for testing Transformers up to 400 kV, NABL-accredited Testing Laboratory, Positive Pressure Winding shop etc.
