Steel industries in India are also supporting Indian refractory industries for Make in India drive. Maithan Ceramic Limited as one of the strongly emerging refractory manufacturing facilities in India. We at Maithan Ceramic Ltd., have developed state of the art facilities (at an initial stage excluded functional refractories like purging and slide gate) to cope with the refractory needs of steel making furnaces in terms of new generation high quality refractories for steel making. All those refractories have undergone development of products from combinations of various materials. Further, “Atmanirbhar Bharat” initiative by the Govt of India is an inspiration and the driving force for MCL for new generation refractory product developments in India. MCL manufacturing unit’s location in Jharkhand, has a unique advantage of being in the close proximity of steel plants and major raw material sources. MCL raw materials resources are independent of China.
