Custom built special type Heaters as per customer’s requirement. Also we manufacture Ceramic & Mica band/Strip heaters for plastic and rubber industries, spring coil type & strip Elements for Furnaces & Oven We under take and carry out calibration of all kinds of process control instruments thermocouples, PID controllers, also under take to carry out thermal mapping (Temperature uniformity survey ) of Ovens and Furnaces as per AIAG STANDARD TUS/ AMS/2750 with traceability certificate for our master instruments and sensors calibrated by ETDC Bangalore We manufacture Temperature sensors of various Types & Shapes to suit many kind of applications Such as: PT100, PT50, PT1000, Pt Pt/Rh.(R S & B. Types) CR/AL (K) Fe/Const:(J) Copper/Constantan (T) and other types Suitable for Measuring & Controlling In wide Ranges from –200 Degree to +1800 Degree centigrade. We manufacture highly sophisticated & Custom built Electric Furnaces and oven as per the requirement of our esteemed customers to suit various applications, such as Heat Treatment (Hardening, Annealing Tempering Gas Carburising, Normalising) and various other applications.
