As a part of our Customer First initiative, we do understand how damaging breakdowns and lost productivity times can be, impacting the revenue of the plant. To help control the lost time and revenue losses, we are enclosing herewith a list of items that can be maintained as operational spares and are available at the plant premises to salvage such situations. The list is consolidated and items can be selected based on what is already available or foreseen as most needed by you for your plant. Let us know on what is needed and we can arrange to send you the requisite proposal for the same. This will enable you to reduce the lost times due to unavailability of required spares. Another offering as a part of this initiative will be the Annual maintenance contract (AMC), whereby remote support and scheduled visits by our engineers can be planned to ensure that the systems are working well and without any challenges. This will enable us to find the problems before they become very challenging and lead to shutdown/breakdown leading to loss of revenue.
