PMS Engineers was founded in 1996 by Mr.Prashanth M.Shah, who is basically an engineer from R.V College, Bangalore. In spite of his family being the leading distributors for films in South India, he decided to be a part of the Engineering Industry and thus the foundation for a humble beginning for PMS Engineers was laid. PMS Engineers, with dedicated efforts and service grew at rapid pace and in the year 2000, we acquired the Distributorship for TIMKEN bearings for South India. Today, we are proud to say that last several years, we have been the No 1 distributor for TIMKEN in South India. Today, we are the authorized channel partner and premier distributors of • Timken Bearings, • NSK-RHP Bearings, • MMCI (Turning Tools, Rotating Tools & Solid Carbide Tools by MMC HARDMETAL INDIA PVT. LTD. • NIKKI Precision lock nuts, • Mobil Industrial Lubricants. PMS Engineers further diversified and in 2020 acquired a manufacturing firm VNR Precisions, a Firm engaged in business of manufacturing Material Test Blocks for bearings, Bearing Rollers, Bearing adaptor sleeves, Lock washers, locknut & Cut Rings for Heat Treatment. After the acquisition we have rapidly expanded by adding 25 latest CNC turning Centres and Automatic Circular Sawing Machines and a Integrated Heat Treatment Plant of 8 SQFs with a capacity of 1.5 tons and all the other related Auxiliary Equipment like pre heaters, washing machines, Endogas Generators, tempering furnaces etc. This was done to ensure that we become a integrated supply chain for bearing rollers right from procurement of raw materials to the manufacturing of Bearing Rollers and their heat treatment.
