RK Control Instruments Pvt. Limited is one of India’s major manufacturer of Control Valves in India. We are based at Thane near Mumbai having a state of the art manufacturing and testing facility for manufacture of Control Valves. It was founded by Technocrats having experience of more than 53 years of experience in field of Instrumentation and Control Valves. Control Valves of all variants and types of namely Globe, Butterfly, Diaphragm, Ball Valves are manufactured by us. Our range of sizes covers from ½” to 30 “and Classes up to ANSI 2500.Apart from Control Valves we manufacture a wide variety of Desuperheaters, Self-actuating Pressure Reducing valves, Power Cylinders, Actuators and Accessories. We utilize sizing programs for the selection of Valves including critical parameters like Cavitation and Noise prediction. We have modern machining and testing facilities to ensure quality of products including a Test Lab to check for flow capacity (CV) of the valves. These Control valves are used in conjunction with Actuators and Smart Positioners for very fine and precise Control. Smart Positioners can be used with HART or Foundation Fieldbus Protocols for communications with DCS on the field. Such facilities are available with only a very few manufacturers in India. Our Engineering Canter for development of new Products is housed in our factory at Thane. This allows faster engineering turnaround time for projects with first time development inputs.
