We maintain an ample stock of both imported and locally sourced raw materials to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Our plant has a capacity of 1,500 MT per month with current production levels at approximately 500 MT per month. Products range includes: High Purity Castable (Whyte A,K,C,95H,97W) Low and Ultra Low Cement Castable(LCC & ULCC - 45 to 95) Insulating Castable (Insulcast - 4 to 15) Delta Roof Castable (EAF,VD) Conventional Castable(Fire Crete Normal, Super) Plastic Refractories (Non-Stick Castable) Mortars Gunning Castable We are pleased to introduce our newly established a High Alumina Fire Bricks and Precast Manufacturing plant namely as HANS REFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED (HRPL), located at Wankaner, Gujarat, India. Established capacity details are stated below: - 1. Production capacity of 1000 MT per month and expandable up to 2000 MT per month 2. ‎Tunnel Kiln with firing temperature up to 1400-1500 Deg. C. 3. Kiln 260 ft. and pre heating dryer for uniform drying and firing represents the heart of modern fired refractory production. 4. Haloong Chinese press 315T - 3 nos. and 400T - 1 nos. for maintain safety, controlled size variations and uniform compactness of the bricks. 5. 150 T - 1 nos press indigenous for low density products. 6. High speed muller mixers - 3 nos 7. Systematic Silo storage system to avoid contaminations. 8. Crushing system for own controlled grading of the raw materials. 9. Fully equipped/facilitated in house testing laboratory for raw materials, in process material and finished products. It is the heart of advanced characterization testing to assess the mechanical, physical and chemical properties. 10.Power backup generator to avoid production/energy loss. 11.
