Incorporated as Usha Sales Corporation in 1997 to undertake marketing of Electrical Capacitors in Eastern Part of ndia, based in Kolkata (then Calcutta). The company changed its constitution in the year of 2003 and formed as Usha Capacitors Pvt Ltd. Later, in the year 2004 Usha ventured into Electrical Turnkey Project Execution Business with the name of, Usha Techno Power Pvt. Ltd. under the flagship of USHA GROUP
